Submit the Form: Complete the form and provide it to your broker or financial advisor to initiate the transfer.
Notify GAP: Send a copy of the completed form to finance@gravenhurstagainstpoverty.com to ensure the timely processing of your gift and prompt issuance of your tax receipt.
